Setelah satu setengah bulan dari jadwal diluncurkannya, kini para fans smartphone Blackberry dapat mencoba kecanggihan dari Blackberry Passport setelah peresmiannya hari ini. Walaupun peresmian telah dilakukan, Smartphone Blackberry Passport sendiri mulai di distribusikan secara umum pada tanggal 16 November.
Mengenai design Blackberry Passport Sivadas Ramadas, Head of Enterprise Solution BlackBerry South East Asia mengatakan “Kami telah mendesain Passport secara khusus untuk pekerja mobile professional, yaitu mereka yang menghabiskan 50 persen waktu memakai smartphone untuk bekerja. Sebanyak 30 persen pengguna smartphone merupakan pekerja mobile profesional”
Untuk soal harga Blackberry Passport Dibanderol Rp 9,6 Juta di Indonesia. Mungkin harga tersebut sedikit berbeda jika kalian melihat harga pasaran Blackberry Passport di kawasan United Kingdom ( UK ) yang berkisar di harga $599 atau setara dengan harga Rp 7,2 Juta ( kurs= Rp 12.000 ). Harga tersebut memang sedikit berbeda mengingat pajak barang elektronik yang masuk ke Indonesia sedikit lebih mahal.
